  • Yes ANY of our services can be paid for with HSA. Sometimes FSA is more restrictive on what they will cover.

  • Yes, we do treat out of state patients. There are some minor restrictions when it comes to treating out of state patients:

    • We can’t order labs through their insurance. But we can provide them a list of labs that they can self order or ask another provider in their state to order.

    • We can’t call medications into their local pharmacies, but we can ship them from our local compounding pharmacy.

    • And we can’t order imaging for them.

Otherwise we can pretty seamlessly treat out of state patients.

  • As a general rule we have a $50 inconvenience fee for any appointment cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance or no showed.
